Meditation helps us be more centered and present in the world. The more one meditates the easier it is to move into a centered state. The more centered we are the more effectively we are able to deal with everyday living, especially stress.
Meditation is also a way of accessing the inner self, something considered essential in the pursuit of healing ourselves. It has been commonly observed that people who meditate regularly significantly change their human energy field.
Sessions are designed to explore different forms of meditation, the experience of meditation in daily life, and how it helps to bring insight and balance.
